To our new transition home, I should say... in AZ!

I’m originally from CA, but met my husband in TX, where he’s lived his whole life, and we dated 10 years down there 👫 before tying the knot last year. 🤵🏽👰🏽 Then our little blessing was born Dec 23rd... 🤰🏽🤱🏽

Baby girl and I took a trip to AZ to visit my father, her Pop Pop. ✈️Unfortunately upon our arrival he had a stroke at the airport. 😳 Due to the event, I didn’t feel comfortable going back home. 😞

My husband and I discussed it, and even though he’d just obtained a position at UPS (which he’d been trying to get for years), he agreed to relocate our belongings and move down here to AZ. 🥰

I feel so grateful, so loved, and absolutely can’t WAIT to see him. 😍My father is doing well now 👏🏽 and actually flew down there to help him with the move. 😎 They are both driving back right now and hit the state line! 🚚

It has been 2 long very emotional, draining, exhausting, stressful months, but he will finally be reunited with us!!! 👨‍👩‍👧 I know he is dying to see us... since we’ve left, baby girl has started babbling, cut her first tooth, and scoots around everywhere, practically crawling. 🥺 We missed my first Mother’s Day, our 11 year anniversary and his first Father’s Day. 😭

I know it’s killing him to miss it all... but he won’t anymore!!! He’ll be here to see her crawl and the milestones yet to come. 😁 He should be about an hour away and I can’t wait to see baby girl’s reaction to seeing her daddy in person instead of over video chat. 🤩 I know she misses him terribly.

I’m going to record a video and take pictures and I want to share if I remember to haha. I just had to post because I’ve been seeing everyone’s babies and haven’t been posting much because life has been so stressful 😔
