Are you more emotional during your pregnancy?

I’m just curious because I see and hear so many stories about pregnant women being so emotional.  Crying over things like their husband not bringing them back certain foods,  something not going their way, or someone making a comment to them.  So I figured that once I got pregnant, I would experience some of these extra emotions too.
But here I am at 25 wks, 5 days and I have not cried once this entire pregnancy.  There hasn’t even been a hint of a tear.  Now I do get super moody about certain things.  But the thing is, I’ve ALWAYS been this way.  I don’t feel like it’s extra just because I’m pregnant.  And I definitely haven’t shed a tear over ANYTHING.
So I guess I’m really curious to see how many others are like me?  That isn’t really emotional during their pregnancy...
Or maybe you get emotional when you hit a certain point in your pregnancy & I haven’t gotten there yet.  Idk 🤷🏾‍♀️

Some old wives tailes I've heard is that if you are carrying a baby girl you are more likely to be very emotional during pregnancy. And with a baby boy its a more relaxed pregnancy. If its true I  dont think soo haha. But I am pregnant with a boy and my mood is really relaxed  not overly emotional or so. Nor any real cravings in order to get mad with BF lol. I have seen this the same with my sis in law and she was caring a boy as well. So maybe those old wives tailes are truee.. for some people haha.

I figured my hormones would be horrible, but they haven’t been so bad. I had one super bad day last week where everything annoyed me. But other than that, not bad at all! People have also been smart enough to not touch my food lol.

I have been mostly moody. I cried once because my husband made a joke about my pretzels being noisy and I started laughing but then started crying!

Yes and no. For some woman the hormones can make them emotional or moddy or even angry. My first pregnancy I cried a lot!! For no reason. With my second pregnancy I was pretty happy. But one day I cried because I didn't know what I wanted to eat.

I’m 37 weeks and i definitely haven’t been more emotional at all. And I’m still in control of my emotions as well as I was before. I am also diagnosed with some type of bi polar disorder so I’ve always been a little out of wack 😂 but I haven’t like cried more. Or got angry more or anything different 🤷🏼‍♀️

Some people just never get super emotional. My first pregnancy I didn't get more emotional or moody at all now I'm 38.5 weeks into my second pregnancy and I've been super emotional and moody most of this pregnancy
