Waterproof pad hack

So after hours of looking for mattress pads that aren't fitted and easy to wash and inexpensive it was a hard task. I wanted simple pads I can place over practically every surface if needed.

Then I came across this box that I had accidentally bought the wrong size in years ago. So I decided to cut it up and will sew the edges so I can have pads for everything. It feels like pul fabric that costs 14.00$ a yard. It has a soft side and rubber side and is supposed to be machine washable. It's not super thick so I wouldn't use it in place of a fitted mattress protector. This cost me less than 25.00 we'll see how it works out.
