Did sex start labour?

Did sex start anybody's contraction/beginning if labor? If not did anything like walking or nipple stimulation?? I'm curious if any of these have actually worked for people. If theres any other methods you reccomend let me know! I'm 3 cm dilated for the past 2-3 weeks and I'm just ready to have this baby lol

It’s totally possible. Orgasms release oxytocin which can start contractions (pitocin is synthetic oxytocin) and semen is a prostaglandin which helps soften the cervix. I believe it’s actually the only thing proven to help kick start labor.
