Found out I had an ectopic at 8 weeks on June 28th. Luckily we caught it before it ruptured, my HCG levels were only at 2600. Had the methotrexate shot that day.

July 2- levels decreased to 200

July 5- levels decreased to 74

I feel a dull minor pain where the ectopic was when I’m moving around. I’m very scared that it can still rupture. I Just got my 2nd test results back today and my OB said she was going to call when they were in. Just very worried that it will rupture in the mean time.

Has anyone had a rupture after the shot with low levels??
