Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

My husband and I have been diagnosed (i guess that’s what it is) with “unexplained infertility” after completing tests they haven’t found any real reason on why we are not pregnant.. the only thing they have found is a i have low AMH(egg count) and during the cycle I got tested done I only had 5 egg in one ovary and 7 in the other.. I guess they like to see 8.. anyways she has now suggest
