So here’s a back story. With my first daughter I never once ate BON BO HUE. With my second daughter that is all I ate. I had a normal pregnancy with my first daughter not eating BON BO HUE. With my second daughter in which I ate it almost every other day I had her at 22 weeks which she unfortunately didn’t survive.... I ready later on that lemon grass is definitely not good to eat while pregnant. Is it possible that I had premature labor because I ate BON bo hue which is made with lemon grass. Is there a saying in Vietnamese culture not to eat BON BO HUE? This pregnancy I’m really cautious about eating it but it’s the only thing I can stomach but I still limit it to once a month. Any advice will be appreciated!
