For nausea and vomiting..
So I called my OB today. Explained how I can hardly keep anything down. No liquid/food and just feel like shit all day. She sent me suggestions through my patient portal.
First thing was B6. I've heard this before ✓✓✓
Second was unisom 🤔🤔🤔
Has anyone heard of a sleep aid helping with nausea and/or vomiting??
She also suggested Ginger, Ginger ale, green grapes, saltines and breakfast cereals.
Im desperate at this point so im trying everything. If one thing doesn't work, I'll move on to the next.
On the plus side, I should get great sleep tonight 😉😉😉
