If I made an agreement with a minor, 16 years old, on social media and they fall through (she was supposed to pay me $150 for a service and has paid $40 so far) and now got her mom involved to tell me she doesnt owe it because you cannot bind a minor into an agreement. How can I get the money she owes? Can she really not be held responsible?
