Okay so it may be a little gross to some but i have to describe it as best as i can , so i just went to poop but ive been really constipated all week ( my AF is due tomorrow ) but when i go to push there’s a big glob of discharge in the toilet. (No poop) ... today , unfortunately wasnt able to capture a picture , same thing happened. Pushing out discharge. So i took a finger and jst swiped it across and it had a huge pile of CREAMY , LOTION like discharge. It was a glob in the toilet and a huge pile on my finger. Very thick white and no smell . Is this normal ? Before the start of a period? I dont recall this ever happening and me being constipated and cramping all week has me questioning things . Can y’all please leave me some insight on what might be happening ? I appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️❤️
