Progesterone shots?

Have to start them tomorrow.... better in the leg or in the butt? The subcutaneous ones in my stomach didn’t bother me as much, but these are making me nervous. Thanks!

Definitely do the butt. My husband did most of mine, but I even did some. I outlined the spot with marker to make sure I was in the right area. Watch a few videos online about where to do it. 
You want it above the top of the butt crack (sorry TMI, but it’s true) and the outer half if you divide your cheek. 
I did my leg one time and I felt like I had a Charlie horse for days. The leg is still tender in that spot if I flex 3 weeks later. 
Also make sure to massage it after. That will help the oil disperse in your body and prevent knots.

Thanks y’all! My husband did the first one this morning. We did the butt and it wasn’t bad. My doctor prescribed synera patches that numbed it up for me and it wasn’t bad at all!

My nurse said the leg hurts more.  I was really scared of the shot. But you barely feel the needle.

I haven’t done them, but I’ve been told shots hurt more in the leg than in the butt. I just gave myself a trigger in the butt and it was totally doable and didn’t hurt!
