day 1
yesterday i was officially diagnosed with anorexia. today was day 1 of recovery and it went better than i expected. i ate everything i was supposed to, and i’m proud of myself. i’m super bloated tho and it feels like i’ve gained 10 lbs. this is gonna be rough. wish me luck
