Heavy Bleeding
I've noticed that with my periods, my flow seems heavier than it should be. Back when I used tampons, I remember leaking through Supers in 1-2 hours after I insert them. I now use a cup, which helps prevent leaking, but even now it overflows well under its usual time limit. My period also tends to be longer than 7 days. Is my flow normal?
