Pill question for holidays
So on Monday I’m going on holiday for a week and I’m on the pill...
I usually take the pill at 09:30 every morning, UK time. Where I’m going on holiday is an hour ahead, so I’m trying to work out what time I need take the pill...
It should be something so simple I can’t figure it out whether I need to take it at 08:30 or 10:30 Spanish time 😂
