Bleeding after IUD removal
Had my Mirena removed 8 days ago. Day after I had extreme pain in my lower abdomen for several hours that rendered me unable to speak to move much. The next day I began bleeding. I’m on day 6 of period-like (somewhat heavy) bleeding and cramping with a decent amount of clots. The OB only told me to expect some spotting but that was all.
Anyone have a similar experience? Any insight? Would you call the doctor about this?
