Okay y’all, my son is 13 days old and me and my fiancé are convinced our son has his days and nights mixed up. In the evenings and nights he’s so fussy, like he might take an hour nap at 3-4am. Is there anyway we can fix this? I try to keep him in the light during the day and the dark during night but that isn’t helping. He was in the NICU until 5 days old so I’m sure that’s how it got mixed up since it’s so dark in there and they like them to sleep as much as possible. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!!
