Hi guys! I had my implant taken out on May 26th 2019 had not had periods in 8 years due to contraception.. and got my AF after that on June 26th 2019, lasted for 5 days the first day was super light and then the next day it was in full swing.

Due to not having periods for 8 years I’m not in tune with my body at all.. according to apps my ovulation day should of been 9/7 or 10/7 but my CM is little to none but on 6/7 7/7 and 8/7 I had some EWCM.. again I don’t understand as I’m not in tune with my body..

I guess what I’m trying to ask is when did people conceive after coming off contraception (preferably the nexaplon implant) and how did you know when you was ovulating??
