I know women are supposed to take a pregnancy test during their “first pee”/in the morning but what if I don’t get up super early? Does timing actually matter?

I’m asking this because I’m ordering Walgreens and First Response brands off of Amazon. Hopefully they’ll be at my house tomorrow (with the extra shipping price) so I can test on Friday while my parents are at work.

Timing doesn’t matter, the reason to use first morning urine is because it’s the most concentrated since you haven’t been peeing frequently (unless you get up throughout the night to pee). Throughout the day, you’re more likely to be drinking water and peeing frequently and therefore your urine can be diluted.

For me it didn’t matter! I tested at lunch time the day after my period was supposed to start and the lines were very dark :)

All I know is I took mine in the evening and I think it was Clear Blue and it was accurate.

Just the first pee of the day. I took mine at night and it was a bfp, same thing in the morning.
