**update** Ok but this is from March to today😭😍

I didn’t think I had progress until I seen this march 22 to today😭

I can officially say I’m proud of where I’ve got to in these last 4 months

So there’s a almost 17 pound difference between both pictures

Two things I did was up my water intake and work out

Mon- cardio(HITT)

Wednesday- abs/legs

Friday- arms

Sun- legs/booty

And I can say easily since I got over my anxiety and incorporated heavier weights into my routine out of 17pounds the last three weeks I’ve lost 8 and since this picture I’m down another 2 I do take C4 for a pre workout some days but that’s it

You ladies don’t even know how much I appreciated this I never thought I would have got this much attention from this post 💜 I do have a fitness insta that shows more of what I do @getfitwith.ddg
