Hey all any tips? My little one is just over 6 weeks and becoming very clingy. He’ll fall asleep and as soon as I put him down his either wide awake or a short time later wakes up and won’t settle back to sleep. Also in the day likes to be held a lot, does play on his mat listens to music etc but gets fed up easily. It’s stressing me out a little bit as I never have time to get anything done 😩 doesn’t help that I’ve come on my period and I’m bleeding like a tap 😭😭. I’ve tried soothing apps such as white noise etc. Health visitor says I’m doing fine but I’m struggling.
