Implantation bleeding?

So I had sex on the 22 of June I waz supposed to start my period on the 3rd of July It is normally heavy and my cramps are bad on the 3rd I started spotting and it lasted 5 days then on the 8th of July I have a blood clot and I’m still spotting and it is the 10th is it implantation bleeding???

Plzz help
