Help !

So I cut out soda , rice, pasta , all the good stuff and been going to the gym 4x a week for 2 weeks now. The gym I just started going this hard. I drink water now which I never did before and havnt been able to drop a single pound ! I think I look different and things fit me a little better but that scale is bothering me. I’m 5”6 and 180 lbs. I just want to be 160 at least or my lowest 140 😩 help !???
