Please don’t throw your money down on the counter in front of them.

I manage a coffee shop/cafe and I can’t tell you how many people just throw their money on the counter in front of me, when I have my hand extended for them to hand it to me. Then they extend their hand to receive their change! Wth? Of course I hand it to them, thank them, and wish them a nice day.. but in my head I’m calling them an asshole and telling them to eat a dick.
