Confused need answers

So my partner and I was having sex which he wore a condom when he finished he pulled out and we realized that the condom had broke. We got a plan b. I took it and then two days later I wiped brown discharge when I used the bathroom. It wasn’t time for me to ovulate because it was the last day of my period. Any ideas on what that might have been? Help!!
