HELP!!!! 😫😫

Just wanted to ask some of you girls/women about a sensitive topic, me and my boyfriend of 3 almost 4 years been obviously sexually active but I never wear a condom,never took birth control, i have always had irregular periods, and I suffer from bad migraines, now the wired part about it is that I just recently met one of my cousins friends and she has the exact same symptoms....? so I want to know is there any other women suffering from this??????? Please HELP!!
