Help?!

Question

I have a Doppler and I found the heartbeat at 11+6 and now at 12+1 I can’t. Is the baby ok? Is it just hiding? I have an ultrasound on Monday but I’m anxious. This is my rainbow baby and I really want this.

My baby moves a lot so when I was that far along sometimes I would hear it and other times I wouldn’t. The baby is still very small and depending on how your uterus is the baby may be in the back when you are trying to find the heartbeat. 
Try not to worry, if you aren’t bleeding or in any pain then chances are your baby is fine :)

Id say put the doppler away and try to relax, the main reason many doctors don't recommend dopplers is they can cause more anxiety than its worth also not being trained to use it will cause issues on its own and finally if you see a person unwell in the street you wouldn't just check their pulse and assume they are fine. Its still early to hear baby they can be anywhere in your belly at that size... they dont usually use dopplers until your 16 week appointment. X
