Bleeding while pregnant 6weeks

So I just found out I was pregnant five days ago to wake up Monday morning to bleeding. So I rushed to the ER for them to send me home saying it was a possible threaten miscarriage. I started Tuesday passing little clots but no pain so I went back for them to tell me the same but my HCG levels went up 12 . They told me to come back in 3 days to see if it change so now I’m currently waiting for my levels again and another ultrasound.

Has anybody else went through this and what was the outcome?????
