om of 5. We had been trying for number 6 but I think I want to be done and focus on myself a little. I always get stuck here at 200lbs and I can't seem to get over that hump.

I started on the exercise bike this morning 7 miles in 30 minutes. And it says I burned 125 calories. 🤷

I'm still breastfeeding my 14 month old so I can't diet too hard.

Any workouts y'all would recommend that I can do at home. Maybe some tips on how to not lose my mom boobs? Oh! And my butt is flat so I need advice on that one too. 🤣
