i’m not quite sure what i just did but now i feel confused and kinda disappointed that this wasn’t what i expected.

basically i had always thought i had an imperforate hymen (meaning the vaginal opening is completely obstructed by the hymen and nothing can be inserted) and trust me, i was so so sure because i have been trying for years to get something up there but my fingers would never go in. suddenly today i decided to give it a try again (eventhough it used to upset me everytime I failed because it made me scared of the pain i would have to go through when i lose my virginity) and OH MY LORD my finger actually went in! i wasn’t even that wet or anything. i slowly inserted it further and further and it didn’t really hurt much but it was definitely a strange sensation. after going at it for a bit, i accepted the fact that it didn’t make me feel anything despite the fact that i tried to reach my g spot (but I don’t think I did that either) and I much prefer clitoral stimulation and rubbing.

i know that it’s normal not to orgasm from fingering but I just feel like it’s my fault that I can’t feel anything and there has to be something I’m doing wrong.

does anybody have any advice on how to give myself the best possible experience when doing this?? also, should i be worried that I could reach my vagina all of a sudden when I was so sure I had an imperforate hymen for years?
