If you spot with your first are you more likely to spot with your second?

I spotted pretty much the whole first trimester with my son. I ended up going to the er 3 separate times for it and everything ended up fine. I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant and spotting a little today. Based on my first pregnancy I want to believe everything's okay, but I'm not sure.

Spotted with my first pregnancy which ended in a MC. Spotted with my second pregnancy - a healthy son. Had zero spotting with this third pregnancy - currently 39 weeks. So in my experience spotting doesn’t necessarily indicate anything.

I had spotting the first trimester with both of my full-term pregnancies. Also had 2 other first trimester miscarriages that started with spotting.

First pregnancy no spotting. 
Second pregnancy spotting daily at 6 weeks. Miscarriage around 9. 
Third pregnancy spotted maybe 4-5 times so far. 22 weeks and healthy baby.
