implantation bleeding?

so i missed an active pill yesterday and i start my period in 3 days. I took yesterday’s pill along with today’s pill. i’m on lo loestrin and according to their website i can miss one active pill and still be protected. i started bleeding a little bit today but it was very light pink and a very minimal amount. is it just because i missed my pill? i’m supposed to start my period in a couple days anyway but i’m stressing out so i would really love some help!
