So I have decided that I am tired of being over weight and having health issues. My health issues such as high blood pressure can be corrected by losing weight so I have decided to do something about it. My husbands cousin has a gym and since we are family we can use the gym anytime we want to without paying a membership fee and I fully intend to take advantage of his generosity and using his gym. I know I will have to start out slow because I am so out of shape but I am determined. I have been researching anything natural that can boost my metabolism, curb my hunger and detox my system and I keep finding info on apple cider vinegar drinks. Does anyone here use apple cider vinegar? If so does it work for you? Is it a good product to use to detox your body? If it is not good to use, do you have any suggestions on a natural product to detox my body? I know it wont be a magical weight loss supplement but I am hoping it will help get things started. Any advice you guys have would be awesome. Thank you.
