Sooo I’m really confused I’ve have in the past had a pap positive for hpv I’ve had 3 paps since come up normal no hpv so does that mean it’s gone? I’ve heard once you have you have it for ever but it just like a virus that’s asleep or whatever. I’ve also heard that if your Pap smear is normal then it’s out of your system. Can someone clear this out to me ? And also if I don’t have it now can I still pass the hpv to my partner? And is it transmitted just sexually or orally too ?
