Bloating!! Happens to everyone right?
The reason I am sharing this, is to share to others how normal bloating is. The picture of my less bloated belly was after eating a small breakfast and snack. The picture with my very bloated belly is after a large smoothie, roast beef, corn bread, and chocolate. I know that I’m the past I’ve compared my belly to so many others, without realizing how normal bloating is, especially after eating. Sounds like elementary beliefs, I know. But anyway, enjoy my food baby belly!!!
