Cyst on my ass????

I just noticed a huge red pimple/cyst on my ass tonight because it started throbbing when I accidentally touched it. It is the size of a dime and feel deep. I have no idea how to get rid of it??? It hurts so much though 😭 
My husband helped me put some witch hazel on it but I want it to go away.  Any home remedies?

I have one on mine kept coming back for like a few years and now finally fully gone. My doc refused to lance it or remove it as he said it’d keep coming back. So glad it’s gone finally! Hurt so fricking bad every time it’d fill up.

Boil ease ( is an over the counter ointment that doesnt get rid of it but helps with the inflammation and throbbing pain )
Witch hazel was a good idea. 
Hot compresses to help it to come to a head because the quicker it does and bursts, the quicker it will go away.

You may have to go to the emergency room because I had what I thought was a spider bite on my face. It was about the same size as a a dime and when I went to the ER they told me it was an abscess. They prescribed me antibiotics and it's gone down a lot. The antibiotics are giving me diarrhea, so I don't think I'm going to take all of the pills (40).
