Splotches between breasts!?

I’m 18, I’m not pregnant (I’m a virgin😬) but I have this rash looking thing in between my breasts!? It’s not bumpy at all, completely smooth and it doesn’t itch, any idea of what it could be?

I have the same thing it comes and goes. I use Vaseline and gold bond body lotion and I’ve seen improvement but it never goes away. I have no idea what it is. Did you find out what it was? My gynecologist said for me to keep this area dry it could be a yeast infection or maybe that my blood sugar is high.

maybe the bra you were wearing was rubbing weird or the material. i’ll get that occasionally on my rib cage from a certain bra. sometimes lacy material will give me little bumps like that for some reason.
