20 weeks and sick?

Question

I’m just over 20 weeks and out of no where I developed a sore throat making it impossible for me to eat, talk, or drink. Do I call my OB or go straight to urgent care?

I had a cold a month ago that lingered for over a week it was awful. I haven’t been that sick in years. I’m a labor and delivery nurse and as long as your not running high fever then there’s not much you can do besides stay hydrated, cough drops, and a humidifier.

Go to general practitioner, I'm an OB/GYN and we do not treat sore throats in pregnant women.
