Hi all, I’ve had stomach issues for years, always had bowel problems and recently had a lot of blood, I’ve had stool samples and all 3 were positive with blood, I’ve been told I need a Colonoscopy & a Gastroscopy

They don’t know what it is yet but under the impression cancer or Crohn’s, does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? And to those who are diagnosed, how was your diagnosis and what other procedures did you have to be diagnosed ??
