Workout progress

The first picture is me last summer. The second picture is me on my birthday in February. The last two are me as of yesterday. I recently seen how much weight I gained since last summer and I wasn’t happy about it. I would get sad about it and sometimes cry. I just started going to the gym in late June and it hasn’t been very consistent until last week. I don’t know exactly how to workout I just kinda go and mess around and not taking it so serious enough. Then I woke up yesterday with the top of my stomach sore and I looked in the mirror and saw some abs coming in. There’s been so much going on in my life and this really made me feel a little good about myself. I can’t wait to go back to the gym now and see more progress.
