I need HELP! 😥

I had a “chemical” pregnancy in May of this year. I got pregnant nearly exactly one month later. I know for sure that I ovulated on the 15th-16th of June. I found out I was pregnant on the 25th of June. If I’m going by conception date (because I never really had a period after the miscarriage and don’t have regular cycles due to PCOS) then I would be 3 weeks and 5 days.

Because of the chemical I got blood work drawn four times when I first found out and my numbers, every 48 hours, were: 21, 74, 253, 652.

They more than tripled on two accounts and more than doubled on the last one. My last blood draw was almost two weeks ago on July 1st.

I’ve only had minor cramping, sore nipples and very tired.

This morning I woke up and when I wiped there was some spotting. It wasn’t bright red but just a light pink color. I’ve peed since then and there was nothing on the toilet paper.

Should I be concerned about the small amount of blood this morning or can someone tell me this is completely normal.

After already having been through a miscarriage I definitely don’t want to do it again.

Trying to keep a calm mind until I can get in to see my doctor in 3 hours.

Edited to add::

This morning my nipples aren’t nearly as sore or sensitive as they have been basically since I found out I was pregnant. Is this a bad sign, too?
