Sad nipple syndrome..? 😭🙁

Before i got pregnant, I always ALWAYS hated my nipples being touched. Regardless if it was me touching them or my husband touching them. I always got an overwhelming, sad, disgusting feeling whenever they were touched. I am so afraid that when I have my baby and I go to breastfeed I will have an issue. 
Has anyone ever experienced this? I feel so alone about it.

I feel like breastfeeding has Completely changed the way I feel about my breasts. Give breastfeeding a try.  You might find that breastfeeding doesn’t bother you as much as you thought or it might just not be what’s best for your family.  If it doesn’t work for you, at least we live in a time where formula is a great option for people who need it.

I really plan on trying to breastfeed and if not breastfeeding then I’ll try to pump. I’ve been this way for as long as I can remember. I have just always got a weird depressed feeling when touching my nipples

Felt the same . But as soon as you put your baby up there it’s completely different. But it hurt so bad I cried & didn’t end up breast feeding 😂😂 but it did feel different lol
