How much weight have you gained in 1st trimester?

I’m 15+1 and gained 6 lbs. Is that too much for just the first? Going to start up my workout routine again since I was given the all clear by dr.

I haven’t really gained any yet, but I’ve been staying super active/working out.

I’m 14 weeks 2 days and I’ve gained 6lbs so I think that’s pretty normal!

That’s about what I’ve gained (I think! I wasn’t really keeping tabs on my weight before I got pregnant). My doctors haven’t expressed any concern about it. 
I know my gain is due to a total drop-off in activity level. I was a runner before I got pregnant and totally stopped when I got my BFP cuz I was paranoid of miscarriage. Then the nausea and exhaustion hit, so I was a couch potato for almost my whole first trimester.
At about 12 weeks, I finally started feeling up to working out again, so I’ve been going on long walks and using an app called Baby2Body for short workouts, too. I feel so much better now that I’m active again, but I’m not beating myself up too much about before. I think it’s important to listen to your body (within reason, of course!).

I dint gain weight normally until the 3rd trimester (4th baby) and then I hain about 20-25 lbs

I am 14+1 and currently today I am at my starting weight of 238lbs. My weight keeps fluctuating and highest this pregnancy 246lbs. Monday I weighed 241lbs.

No it’s not too much. Go by what your doctor tells you. Don’t worry so much about weight gain. You’re creating a human.
