Ligament pain??

Question

Ok so yesterday and today I've noticed that when I'm sitting down I'm fine, then when I stand up I get a horrible sharp pain on my lower right side near my hip. 
It'll go away the longer I'm standing , but always comes after I stand from a sitting position. It didn't start until later yesterday evening. 
What the hell!! This is the first time for this , I'm 19 weeks today.

I started getting it at 14 weeks and it sucks! 😩 but it reassures me that my baby is growing ! Just try standing up slowly

I have had this really bad today. I drove around touring daycares and I swear to god sitting made mine worse!

That's a different kind of pain and that mess hurts. I feel it daily now.

I had this from 16-18weeks. Just hunched as I walked 😂 Nek min, I grew a bump overnight. So maybe you’re having the same growth spurt.

Yep!! I’m 15+4 and it’s brutal. Mostly I get it when I’m trying to get up off the toilet. I’m constantly crying “ow, ow, ow” and my husband is knocking on the door asking if I’m okay 😂 it’s rough but it doesn’t last long. I’m hoping it means the little guy is growing up healthy!
