My mom rescued a very sickly pit bull a few months ago with the help of my brothers girlfriend. She has had puppies but her milk was dry and her “tits” were already shriveling I guess you could say? She was found starved half to death, on the side of the road. Over the months she has gained weight and some massive muscle mass and her tits...(that’s such a weird word to me) have shrunk which makes sense because she’s filling out. Will they ever completely go back to normal? I have never had a dog that had puppies before.. I mean not since I was very little anyways.
