I voted before I finished reading the question.. well really it’s two questions. 1.) No one should hurt animals EVER. There is a special place in hell for those types of people. So yes, an adult should obviously know better, wth. 😓
2.) Absolutely not, I wouldn‘t allow anyone around me or my family who doesn’t show respect to humans AND animals. Period.
