My boyfriend and I have been together since March. He’s 23 and I’m 22. I just graduated from college and will be taking a gap year before applying to grad school. He’s studying abroad in The Netherlands for two years to earn his masters. I’m leaving the state in a couple of weeks for my new job. He leaves the state on Monday for school. We haven’t talked about our relationship and whether we’ll stay together or break it off. I’ll be seeing him again in January for our mutual friends wedding. The bride is one of my childhood best friends and the groom is one of his childhood best friends. I’m really sad about him leaving but also don’t know if I’d want to try long distance because his program is long, and I’ll be moving again for graduate school in the upcoming year. I love him a lot and can see myself being with him for a very long time. What should I do?

Edit: I’ve done long-distance for three months with an ex. It was doable but I’m not sure three months compare to two years.
