Swollen feet already?

I’m 23 weeks today and I’ve noticed that my feet are already starting to swell.  It’s not bad and my husband says he doesn’t think so but I definitely see it.  Anyone else have this symptom?  I sit most of the day but I try to walk around as much as I can.

I’m 22 weeks and noticed moderate swelling around my ankles after work yesterday! I was so surprised. I’m going to drink more water, eat less salt, and wear compression socks while I’m working. I’m a critical care nurse so I really can’t sit much unfortunately. When I do sit, I’m going to try to put my feet up on something under the desk. Here’s to hoping I can keep it under control 😅

Try to elevate your feet at work. I’m 23 weeks also and started getting bad pain in the bottom of my feet but now I try to elevate them more and it’s working.

I have feel like I am already swelling also. It’s not to bad I look like I just gained more weight and not just swollen so I just keep walking and chugging more water.
