Herpes or folliculitis?

I was told at Care Now that it was folliculitis, but he didn’t care to test me for herpes or anything. This looks a little different to me than a regular in grown hair.

I just did shave that area like twice in one week.

It’s slightly painful to touch, like an irritated pimple. Had a bit of oil-like liquid and blood when squeezed.

It’s very slightly raised, was raised more before I somewhat popped it. There’s only one bump, other bumps may be from the fact I just shaved
