Long periods
Hey ladies, is it normal to have 9 days long periods? I haven’t had an actual period for over a year, it’s just been spotting. I have been through 2 overnight packets of pads, that’s how heavy they are. I feel depressed at how much is coming out and how draining I feel physically and mentally 😭😭
