Tight stomach?

35 weeks and super short of breath and tight tummy. Everything just feels like it’s going to pop. Is this normal? Or ?

I've had this and especially after I eat, even if its not much. I believe its baby pushing on the sternum and there's just no more room left. My belly is constantly tight especially at night and up at the top. And it makes it difficult to breathe. Its miserable. 😭 I've been told to use an ice pack, place it at the top of belly and see if it makes baby move down a bit.
